Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement Overview
By renting a vehicle from Mprah1 Car Rental, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure safety, transparency, and smooth service delivery.
2. Driver Requirements
- Valid driver’s license is required
- Government-issued ID must be provided
- Minimum age requirement may apply
3. Payment Policy
- Full or partial payment may be required before pickup
- No vehicle is released without confirmation of payment
- Prices are subject to vehicle type and rental duration
4. Rental Duration & Charges
- Minimum booking: 3 hours (hourly rentals)
- Late returns attract additional hourly charges
- Daily and weekly packages are available
5. Vehicle Condition
- Vehicles must be returned in the same condition
- Damage or negligence will incur repair charges
- Smoking inside vehicles is not allowed
6. Fuel Policy
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as received unless otherwise agreed.
7. Security Deposit
- Saloon Cars: ₵500 – ₵800
- SUVs: ₵800 – ₵1200
- Deposit is refundable after inspection
8. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations should be made in advance. Late cancellations may attract charges depending on booking status.
9. Liability
Mprah1 Car Rental is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles. Customers are responsible for safe usage of rented vehicles.
